Shipping

We endeavour to process your order as soon as possible. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be shipped. All items are packed in compostable mailers.

Once your order has been lodged you will received confirmation with your tracking number.

$10 Flat Rate Shipping in Australia

 $20 World Wide Shipping - Resident Store is not responsible for taxes or duties incurred. 

Once Items have been shipped we do not assume responsibility for delayed or lost parcels. Any enquiries will need to be taken up with the shipping provider and we will assist where we can.

Return and Refunds Policy

Resident Store is not currently able to facilitate returns. All measurements and conditional flaws are listed in product descriptions. Please read this information carefully before purchasing from us. 

Please note that all vintage and pre-loved clothing has a history and will come with minimal signs of wear.
